Water Treatment Operations Specialist (Pierre office)

Mid-Dakota Rural Water System, Inc. has one open position for a Water Treatment Operations (WTO) Specialist.  The WTO Specialist position will be stationed in Pierre, South Dakota.  The successful applicant will assist with the operations, maintenance and monitoring of Mid-Dakota's 13.5 MGD capacity water treatment plant.  The water treatment plant is a submerged membrane ultra-filtration facility and is located approximately six miles north of Pierre, SD.  The WTO Specialist will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.  Mid-Dakota offers a wage and benefit package that is competitive with the water treatment and distribution industry in South Dakota.  Additional compensation consideration may be based on qualifications, experience and South Dakota water treatment operator certification.  Interested parties can call Mid-Dakota at 1-800-439-3079, stop by offices in Miller or Pierre and request an application or an application can be filled out and submitted online at www.mdrws.com.
